    • Floating rate based on 3М Sofibor plus spread.

    The 3М Sofibor is updated on the first working day of each quarter. For calculation of the current floating rates the value of 3M SOFIBOR is set at +0,07% as of the first working day of the current quarter.

    Salary transfer at the bank

    Customer choice to sign the loan contract under the conditions of art. 24 paragraph 2 p. 2 of the Law on credit agreements for consumers relating to real estates.

    Loan repayment: Annuity instalments

    Main fees

    • Fee for assessment of the documents – BGN 50
    • Credit risk evaluation – 0,25% at final approval of the housing loan, min. BGN 200
    • Fee for legal services– 120 BGN
    • Early repayment fee: Pursuant to the terms and compensation limits as of art. 41 of the Law on credit agreements for consumers relating to real estates.
    • Property evaluation fee according to the Bank Tariff.

    All other not mentioned fees as according to the bank's Tariff.

    The above example is for a consumer mortgage loan with 15 years repayment period, 4,38% floating interest rate, BGN 50 assessment fee, BGN 200 credit risk evaluation fee, BGN 70 government fee for registering of the mortgage; BGN 120 fee for the property evaluation and BGN 120 legal service fee. The ACR does not include the cost of the obligatory insurances which are to be covered by the clients
